Agile Coach w/SAFe

o Member of organization that can effectively teach and coach all stakeholders including Core Ops management, the Core Ops Practice Leadership and all of the Practice Coaches.

o Champion Agile processes and roles
o Guide the evolution of a holistic Agile Transformation Roadmap to prepare Core Operations for Agile Transformation at scale
o Guide the maturity of the Core Operations Agile Practice in terms of their overall approach, metrics, engagement and communication models
o Provide input and guidance to members of the Agile Practice as well as to Program and Team levels coaches
o Support the Agile Practice Lead interface to upper management and other required stakeholders to elicit continued support for the transformation, as needed
o Provide objective guidance without personal or political considerations
o Bring best practices about Agile and Scrum to the organization and take the teams to the next level of maturity
o Exhibit strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills
o Good organization skills and have the ability to prioritize both their own work and assist in prioritizing team's work
o Advise the leadership and management as needed to ensure Scrum success
o Foster continuous improvement and learning

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
