Develop functional specifications and help create and articulate relevant solutions. Estimate project efforts and develop and maintain project plans. Facilitate meetings, create status reports, and communicate with stakeholders and business users. Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams for successful software project implementation.

Must have experience with health insurance products and benefits domain. Experience must also include requirements gathering, conducting end user interviews, developing functional specifications, and estimating project effort.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related degree and 5 years of post-graduate experience (or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related degree and 3 years experience) in IT Analysis.
