BPM Integration Designer POSITION DESCRIPTION
(What is the person's role/responsibilities? List specific expectations or deliverables)
- Works with multiple IT, business teams and end users to identify, create, and deliver integration solutions according to business requirement specifications.
- Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM Integration Designer version 8.5
- Deep understanding of work flow and business impact
- Participate in systems analysis work (business logic, data mapping, etc) and code reviews at appropriate stages of development and work with vendors to obtain support or guidance as required.
- Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum team to quickly turn the requirements into visible assets
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

REQUIRES SKILLS / EXPERIENCES - MUST HAVE 5 + YEARS:
- Experience designing and developing in IBM's BPM Integrated Designer v8.5
- Experience with agile approaches, participation in teams and successfully deliver projects under an agile/scrum approach
- Able to work effectively in a team environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
