Summary:
-As a member of the Pharmacy Client Informatics team, provides client facing reports, and, analytics to internal Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) in support of Cigna's account retention, and, growth strategy.
-Coordinates, tracks, and, manages all assigned standard, and, ad-hoc reports.
-Partners with Pharmacy Product, Specialty Pharmacy, and, Clinical to support report maintenance/development related to: break fixes, enhancements, and, additions to the standard reporting suite.
-Establishes, and, maintains client reporting expectations based on a solid understanding of standard report system processes, and, operations.
-Develops training materials, and, delivers training to co-workers, and, CAMs on new reporting capabilities.
-Combines IT capabilities with Pharmacy, and, Specialty Pharmacy knowledge to:
determine trend-driver analysis,
perform client modeling, and,
identify other high-value reporting observations
Responsibilities:
Completes numerous, and, varied Client Informatics Reports within established timeframes, on both a standard, and ad-hoc basis.
Provides detailed data research, and, analysis of results to demonstrate Cigna Pharmacy's value proposition.
Proactively outreaches to CAMs to clarify any ambiguous report requests to ensure completed reports are delivered with a minimum of delay or rework.
As necessary, conducts ad hoc analyses by synthesizing large volumes of data into meaningful conclusions that help our clients, and, internal operational partners make better informed decisions.
Participates in the RFI/RFP process by providing Pharmacy data to CAMs, Client Mangers, and Underwriting.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree highly desired, preferably in business, or applied mathematics.
5 years of related business experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to ensure that reports are completed on-time, and, accurately.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; strong written, and, verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and deliver results in a fast-paced, and, matrixed work environment.
3-5 years of PBM experience highly preferred.
Strong team player who thinks more along the lines of We than I.
Technical:
Proficient in technical platforms, and programs; strong knowledge of data processing software, and system-based applications (Cognos, Powerplay, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Epro)
