Drive the development, evaluation, and implementation of health care provider services and new or enhanced pay for performance initiatives. Work with Contracting, Clinical Program Development, Product, and IT organizations to implement programs. Must have requisite healthcare analytics content knowledge to drive the evaluation of physicians and facilities (their efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction outcomes from various program initiatives). Work closely with provider and contracting leadership to help them understand what is working and what is not working with regard to innovative contract designs. Interface with management teams and provider groups to shape program design, evaluation requirements, and support infrastructure development, including writing and updating the specifications for provider-focused reporting and defining data warehouse requirements.
May work remotely. Hiring requirement: drug screen and background check.
A Masters degree in Biostatistics, Pharmacy Administration, or a related field and two years of post-graduate experience in healthcare analytics research.
OR
A Bachelors degree in Biostatistics, Pharmacy Administration, or related field and 5 years of related post-degree experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
