Utilize high-level statistical methods and algorithms to analyze and evaluate healthcare-specific data and information to create and build innovative programs and solutions that improve affordability and health. Conduct evaluations of medical management, health advocacy, benefit design and incentives, and physician contracting program outcomes. Develop and document program evaluation specifications for routine production reports. Provide healthcare analytics expertise and routine assessments of provider and network performance to support care, quality, network, and pharmacy needs.
Requires MS in Pharmacy Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology or a related field, plus at least 3 years healthcare informatics/analytics experience (or BS and 6 years experience), including experience with industry standard software tools, such as SAS, SQL, R, and MS Access. Hiring requirements: drug screen / background test.
