Hartford HealthCare is seeking a per diem Internist, Family Medicine or Geriatrician on a per diem basis to provide Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) admissions and rounding coverage.

100% Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) -patient admissions and rounding Schedule:
Per Diem, as needed (seeking 4-5 hours/day, 3-4 days a week)Call:
