Provide first-line technical support, resolving user issues and escalating complex problems. Configure new employee accounts, set up hardware, and manage user permissions. Troubleshoot audio and video equipment for a seamless collaboration experience. Participate in special IT projects, gaining valuable experience. Who We're Looking For:

year of experience supporting IT users in a Windows environment through a ticketing system. Familiarity with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory. Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (iOS and Android). The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
