Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team.
As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees - Maintain and care for existing landscapes by watering, fertilizing, and weeding - Operate hand tools and equipment such as shovels, rakes, and trimmers - Assist with hardscape projects including building retaining walls and pathways - Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance - Assist with digging trenches for irrigation systems or other landscape installations Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required - Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing - Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time - Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, or snow - Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship - Valid driver's license preferred but not required If you are passionate about landscaping and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply for the position of Landscape Laborer.
