Job Description:
This role is the Project Lead/Solutions manager for Testing integration teams.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Integrated Solution Manager:
The ISM drives the testing phases and delivers artifacts in conjunction with the test execution phases.
The ISM collaborates with the EPM/STE during the Project Kickoff, PI Prep, Execution Sync and Test evidence reviews.
The ISM leads the Test Execution phases.
Test Execution is a phase of Integration testing which is coordinated by the ISM in conjunction with other QE test teams to prove that the proposed technical solution for the business need has been met.
The activities handled during this timeframe are:
Participation in all AGILE related meetings and ceremonies.
Oversite of Scrum team testing (System test Environment) Responsible for testing documents that have traceability to planned epics, scope, and capabilities.
Lead the execution of end-to-end testing in the Integrated, Release and BAT environments partnering with ART QE teams, IT, and business partners for script execution.
Management and resolution of defects testing in the Integrated, Release and BAT environments.
Oversight and coordination of testing in the Performance environment.
Coordinates Month End financial testing in the testing in the Integrated and Release environments.
Communicates testing status to team.
Attends Enterprise Release Management (ERM) test calls.
Updates Jira with Testing Features/User stories/task to show traceability to EPICS/Features at the project level.
Works with Operational Readiness lead defining content for a release date, movement of content and communicating deferred defects.
ISM Skillset:
A Senior ISM would have the AGILE mindset to deliver on and off cycle capabilities for multiple releases and multiple large to medium projects or A Junior ISM role would have the AGILE mindset to deliver on and off cycle for 1 small/medium project and provide backup support role to other ISMs on their projects.
Excellent time management skills End to end client application and vendor knowledge.
Financial month end knowledge Strong leadership and facilitation skills Ability to quickly pivot direction with addition or removal of deliverables.
Timely status communication.
Ability to develop strong relationships with our Business and IT partners.
Other Requirements:
Need Healthcare background (preferably Payor or Provider) Need Senior Level (8 years+) who grew up in the QA Testing space and is now progressed in their career to a project Lead that is responsible for the communication, removing roadblocks.
End to End (E2E) understands enterprise-wide connections and can think proactively and connect the dots.
Good Communication skills.
