00 AM and 1 Saturday shift a month-12 hours-on-site in BloomfieldRole:
Mid-level role - looking for 1-4 years of experience running calls to resolve companywide technology issues-calls are specifically called IT restoration calls-candidates need to be comfortable on the phone, calm under pressure, and be able to carry and facilitate a conversationMust Haves:
IT restoration call experience - 1-4 years Familiarity with Splunk, monitoring, and the cloud environment Strong communication skills - most important! Nice to Haves:
