Responsibilities:
Residential Roofing company looking for project managers to manage multiple residential projects at a time.
You will be responsible for overseeing all roofing jobs being conducted by our company.
There are a few key things to look out for when working on a residential roof.
Keeping the crew safe, and making sure the job is completed efficiently is very important.
Reach out to customers to make them aware of any issues as well as progress.
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all roofing operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met Maintaining company equipment to make sure everything is up to date and working well.
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc.
and give them guidance when needed Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports Ensure adherence to fall protection programs that are provided to all employees.
