Not only will you have the benefit of a Clinical Director, a Quality Director, a Nursing Director with whom to collaborate, you will have a staff ( up to 100 for only 32 patients) to rely on.

Your team will be stimulated and supported by your training, ensuring compliance and regulations are adhered to.
Your supervisory experience coupled with acute care experience key to landing this role.
Psychiatric or Behavioral or Dementia a strong plus, geriatric experience preferred.
-Strong supervisory and clinical skills, 2-years RN supervisory experience is a must.
ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY.
Geri/Psych/Behavioral care experience needed.
