is a Bloomfield, Connecticut based Construction Company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator / Bookkeeper to assist our team in the pursuit, bid, award, design, fabrication, construction and closeout of projects.
Duties include Process Purchase Orders, Analyze/Enter Invoices, Job cost set up and maintenance, Reconciliation of AMEX Statement Monthly and code all expenses Pre-Qualifications - gather and submit all required documentation al Assist Project Managers with Product Submittals Assist Project Managers with Job documentation Project and Contract Administration Maintain MSDS and LEED information for all products used Maintain Employee Training & Qualifications data Set up and maintain all job files Reception - Great clients and direct to appropriate departments Process incoming and outgoing mail Order and Inventory control of office supplies Attend weekly in- house project meetings Vendor set up and maintenance Credit Applications for Vendors Compile DOL OSHA information-OSHA 300 and 300A filing/reporting Assist Office Manager with AP, AR, Payroll as needed.
Experience with the Construction Environment Timberline Software, MS Excel and MS Word desired.
