Relevant Experience (Yrs)
:
8 to 10 years' experience Automation Testing and atleast 5 years in Mobility testing
Technical/Functional Skills
:
Perfecto Mobile, UFT, Selenium or relevant tools for Mobility testing
Experience Required
:
Minimum 5 years in Mobility testing and atleast 5 years of experience in automation scripting.Experience or Knowledge in Agile methodologies
Roles & Responsibilities
:
Design Automation framework for Mobility testing and approach for automated test processes
Strong knowledge of Mobility automation and tools like Perfecto/QTP/UFT or Selenium
Ability to work across all aspects of our systems including; Android, IOS, Windows, SOAP web services, XML documents, and SQL Queries
Provide Architectural guidance on developing and maintaining the automation tools for Mobility testing
Work closely with architects and analyze the automation requirements and provide solutions to customer
Conduct and participate in requirement, design review and status meetings
Coordinate and Drive the offshore team on a daily basis ensuring that team plans, estimates, documents, and products deliver features on schedule and within budget
Assign task to offshore development team and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
Identify resource conflicts, influence and facilitate course corrections to fulfill key project milestones
Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Product owner
An understanding of Data, Keyword, Action and Hybrid driven programming for Web, Windows and Mainframe based applications
Familiarity with automated regression testing frameworks
Maintenance of the automation tools and providing the necessary infrastructure such as software, operating system, etc
Share job knowledge, skills and ideas with other employees
Conducting training sessions for the team members and explaining them the Agile methodology
Generic Managerial/Soft Skills
:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Problem solving, Leadership and Presentation skills required
Education
:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Automation and mobility
